Know that you are not in it alone. Reach out to your supports. Draw a big circle and name all the people that come into your mind as supports. Now divide the circle into 5 parts, what role would you like these individuals to play as supports and how would you like them to support you?
This strategy could be helpful when it feels overwhelming and you do not know how to reach out.
